Baked this batch of apple streusel cupcakes with the help of my mum. They tasted sweet and nice although the topping was too big (it's supposed to be the size of bread crumbs! ahh well, a lesson learnt for me, I need to rub the butter in faster next time so that it doesn't melt until it sticks together.) Oh... and the cupcakes were leaning and crumbly due to only a muffin tray being used without cupcake holders and they were still warm, moist and dense during removal. I guess there's also an art to removing cupcakes. :)
